At Richie’s Hot Chicken, we’re all about bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a vibe that feels like home. Our journey started in the streets of Whittier, where we set up shop with two fryers, a grill, tables, and a canopy, determined to serve up something special. On February 19, 2020, in the midst of COVID, we took our passion for cooking and turned it into a mission—to bring top-tier hot chicken to our community while creating a space where people can kick back, vibe to good music, and enjoy great food.

Named after our son Richie, our restaurant is a family-driven passion project. We blend the fiery, crispy perfection of Nashville-style hot chicken with a touch of our Mexican heritage, using our own signature seasoning blends to create a flavor that stands out.

Richie’s isn’t just about food—it’s about culture. Our space is built for the young and the hungry, with hip-hop beats, a chill atmosphere, and a sports-friendly vibe that makes it the perfect spot to hang out.
